What exactly is "haydencarruthmusic"?
People just used to call it music when it wasn't written down or recorded and ordinary folks played and sang together on the porch, in the parlor, or the barn. When it did get recorded and written, it was soon labelled, marketed, sold, and industrialized. Many is the artist who simply wanted to create something beautiful or exciting, but found the commercial dimension of music quenched their love for the music itself. "haydencarruthmusic" is just my attempt to deliver acoustic music (mostly guitar, banjo, and mandola that speaks to me, is authentic, felt, a mirror of life, and full of love and joy.
